Welcome
The field of anomalous photovoltaics has an interesting and illustrious history, spanning more than 50 years. A series of breakthroughs in the past 5 years has reignited this field, including:
- *new understanding of the fundamental physics
- *broader exploration of bulk photovoltaic effects in new materials
- *pioneering of novel photovoltaic collection geometries for hot carriers
- *new connections between anomalous photovoltaics and topological properties
This workshop aims to bring together the leading experimental and theoretical researchers in order to exchange information and set new directions for the field in the coming years.
